Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Assist with food handling duties, including stocking supplies and ensuring proper food storage practices
- Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant flow
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or evenings if required
