Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of phone etiquette, communication skills, and overall store presentation.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training sessions focused on sales management and product knowledge.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional events and advertising campaigns effectively.
Experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or managing teams in a retail environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally using phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, pricing policies, budgeting processes, and inventory purchasing is desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities.
