Because curating and ultimately selecting the ideal home for each unique individual is a science, but also an art.
We are looking to hire a highly organized, saavy and creative individual who can help our team with the efficiency of our day to day tasks.
This position will help us with administrative, sales tasks and emails (e.g. scheduling appointments, sending/responding to emails, managing our client database, measuring homes/detailing features, creative writing, preparing and reviewing paper work, various deliveries and more)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Administrative duties - Type and prepare Purchase & Sale agreements, upload listings to MLS.ca, post content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Google, Linkedin), actively send and respond to our email database, ongoing client data base management
Skills:
- self motivated, punctual, eager to learn
- strong organizational and computer skills w/ Outlook, Excel and Word
- multitasking ability, attention to detail, excellent time management, ability to work well in a team environment
- exceptional communication skills
- complete duties in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- proper email/phone etiquette
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Canva, Mailchimp, Emailing
- experience with quickOffice Commander
- minimum high school education
- minimum 1 year office experience is A MUST
- Work Hours: Negotiable / Work from home
Experience:
- Real Estate Administrative Support: 1 year (PREFERRED)
