Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is integral to expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with existing customers across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to effectively serve diverse markets. The Account Executive will play a key role in driving business development, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet company growth objectives.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation through telemarketing and marketing initiatives
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and ongoing support
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to identify potential growth areas
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales, preferably with a focus on technical or business development roles
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing complex deals within a competitive environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for engaging diverse client bases
- Background in marketing, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
