Tommy Gun’s newest location in Ottawa is looking for dynamic, passionate barbers and stylists ready to bring their creativity, skill, and personality to a brand new shop. - Experienced barbers or stylists who take pride in their craft

- Strong knowledge of current trends, techniques, and styles
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and execute the Tommy Gun’s Service Guarantee with every guest to drive consistency, satisfaction, and long-term client loyalty
- Deliver a premium client experience by confidently consulting and understanding client preferences
- Recommend tailored styles and cuts based on face shape, lifestyle, and personal style
- Execute consistent, high-quality technical work across all services, including fades, clipper work, texturizing, and customized finishes
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through strong relationships and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace and uphold strict hygiene standards
- Maximize each appointment through effective product recommendations and client education
