Job Position: Precast concrete moulder
$18/hour, 45 hours per week
About the Position
As a precast concrete moulder, you hold a key role in our company’s day-to-day manufacturing operations. Being team-oriented and working well with coworkers is required to succeed in this position. Dependability and reliability are a couple of the key attributes of a candidate for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Plant Supervisor
- Setting up / Stripping Moulds
- Ensuring proper rebar/fiber reinforcement is in place
- Pouring/Finishing concrete
- Position reinforcing rods or wire mesh in moulds and fill moulds with concrete from suspended pouring buckets
- Completing repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads
- Cleaning work area to eliminate possible hazards
- Greasing, cleaning and maintaining machinery, equipment, and tools
On-the-job training is provided
Requirements
- Ability to complete physical labour
- Team oriented
- Commitment to safety
- Previous Industry experience preferred
- Applicant must provide Steel Toe boots
- Willing to work overtime & weekends as needed to complete projects or meet deadlines
- High School English OR Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLBs) 4
- Ability to work 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, for a total of 45 hours per week
