About the Role Step into a pivotal leadership role as a CBRE Workplace Experience Supervisor, where you'll be the driving force behind creating exceptional environments. What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, including service requests, site operations support, and vendor coordination. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
Maintain records of costs incurred by workplace team activities, track service-related expenses and invoices, and analyze and report on monthly variance while supporting annual operational expense forecasting. Review invoices as needed.
Respond to customer requests, service issues, and complaints related to workplace experience and facility operations.
Approve client materials. Ensure materials align with brand guidelines. Maintain the integrity of databases, service trackers, and reporting tools used to support service delivery and account performance.
Develop and maintain vendor partnerships, coordinate service delivery (e.g., maintenance, janitorial, and minor works) with the intention of cost-saving efforts. Assist with negotiations for contract services and confirm vendor compliance with site access and contractual requirements.
Deliver a world-class orientation experience to new employees. Establish new techniques to ensure the team can meet its objectives.
Always enforce safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors. Assist in the completion and execution of the Service Business Continuity plan.
Resolve complex problems, including service delivery issues and vendor escalations, and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
Support integrated service delivery, including coordination of workplace experience and building operations services, while maintaining accurate reporting and data to support account management and performance tracking.
Continuously identify improvements to service delivery processes and ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience required.
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the Workplace Experience Supervisor position is between $86,000 annually and $95,500 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
