Most of our work is residential, with occasional small commercial projects.The RoleWe’re hiring a Service Technician to handle a wide range of home repair and handyman work. You’ll work mostly independently on jobs, with support available from a supervisor when needed. For larger-scope projects, we’ll add a helper to the job.What You’ll Do
- Complete a variety of residential service calls and small projects
- Perform:
- Home repairs and general handyman tasks
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Interior/exterior painting
- Flooring (basic installs and repairs)
- Furniture assembly/building
- TV mounting and basic fixture installs
- Landscaping and exterior maintenance
- Communicate clearly with customers on-site and keep the job moving
- Maintain a clean, safe worksite and protect the customer’s home
- Identify scope changes and flag them to the supervisor before proceeding
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Decks and fencing
- Concrete work
- Roofing repairs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, independent worker who can run with a job from start to finish
- Comfortable working alone most days, and knows when to call for help
- Solid hands-on experience in handyman/renovation work (professional or equivalent)
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
- Professional, respectful, customer-first attitude
- Reliable transportation and ability to get to job sites
- Ability to lift and carry materials/tools and work on your feet

- Jobs are completed safely, cleanly, and to a high standard
- Customers feel informed and taken care of
- You communicate early when you hit an issue, need materials, or see scope changes

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
