Requirements:
- Valid BCCSA Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification
- Reliable vehicle and transportation
- Minimum 6 months of TCP experience
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills when interacting with drivers, pedestrians, and crew members
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
