Job Description:
· Extend sales and service support to our esteemed clientele.
· Prepare meticulous and comprehensive quotations, including custom work orders.
· Offer specialized consultation on design applications to clients.
· Tactfully manage and resolve customer complaints.
· Undertake general office duties as necessitated by the role.
