E11even lounge is a local vibrant restaurant, bar and lounge offering guests a high-energy dinning and nightlife experience. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our front-of-house team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant, bar, and lounge operations
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and Smart Serve regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Monitor sales performance, labor costs, and budgets
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure high service standards
- Coordinate with events/marketing team on promotions and private bookings
- Support POS system management (e.g., Square) for sales tracking and reporting
Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant/bar management experience
- Smart Serve certification required
- Ability to work nights and weekends as neeeded
- Fluent English
- Languages like Arabic/French are an asset
Skills:
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Financial acumen (budgeting, labor cost control, basic reporting)
- POS system proficiency (Square experience an asset)
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Conflict resolution and guest relations
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and hold staff accountable
