The Opportunity
Echelon Wellness is seeking compassionate and purpose-driven Registered Massage Therapists to join our growing team across our 6 clinics in 5 provinces.

What You’ll Do
- Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique needs
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic care with empathy, professionalism, and respect
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide well-rounded, patient-centered care
- Commit to continuous learning and staying current with best practices in massage therapy

Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with your provincial regulatory college
- Diploma/Certificate in Massage Therapy
- Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Active liability insurance coverage
Position Details
- Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
- Compensation: $60,000 – $100,000 per year
- Benefits: Extended health care
- Work Setting: In-person
- Location: Opportunities available at 6 clinics in 5 provinces - Alberta, Ontario, Newbrunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.
