Job description
We are currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
You have a passion for building strong relationships with patients and providing them with optimal oral health care. You have an outgoing personality, professional, and courteous with a great attitude in patient care.
Your responsibilities include:
- Presenting treatment plans and options specific to each of our patients’ needs
- Thoroughly explaining insurance and financial plans with each patient
- Answering our patient’s questions and ensuring they understand and are comfortable with their treatment options
- Coordinating with our patients and doctors to schedule their appointments
Your qualifications include:
- Completion of a CDA program an asset
- A minimum 2 years’ experience as a Treatment Coordinator
- Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and the ability to educate patients
- 3-5 years of clinical and administrative dental office experience
- Sound knowledge of dental insurance and dental terminology
- Experience working with cleardent
This is a full-time position. We know that wages are important and will commensurate according to your previous experience with opportunity for annual increases. In addition to a base wage, we offer the following employer paid benefits for you and your immediate family:
