Line Cooks and CDP at Claramount Club (Foundry and Delphine)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cooks and/or Chef de Parties to join our team at Foundry and/or Delphine at Claramount Club. Our two different
Delphine with a beautifully designed space and open concept kitchen opening in Summer 2026.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service. As a kitchen and company we take a healthy work environment and working culture seriously, and because of that we also seek individuals to help be a part of that.
This role involves preparing a variety of dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Both positions, line cook and CDP will be offered depending on experience. Please make sure to list which position you are interested in when applying.

We are also looking for prep cooks and dishwashers to join our teams.

Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
- Ensure that all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and sanitation practices
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary best practices
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food industry operations
- Serving experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to engage with customers when necessary
- Passion for delivering high-quality meals and exceptional customer service

Please note that the job ad stats that this is a 5 month contract. Seasonal positions as well as permanant positions will be available. Seasonal positions will end between late September and Mid October, and permanent positions will continue.
