Position Summary
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the owners, helping manage day-to-day business operations while supporting marketing, branding, and business development initiatives.
You will play an important role in keeping projects organized, ensuring deadlines are met, coordinating meetings, managing follow-ups, and assisting with the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
Administrative
- Manage executive calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize daily priorities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Track projects and follow up with staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with inventory tracking and administrative reporting.
- Coordinate communications with vendors and business partners.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Assist in building and growing the company’s brands.
- Create and schedule social media content.
- Update website and online listings when required.
- Monitor online marketing campaigns.
- Help develop promotional materials and advertisements.
- Research competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Assist with branding projects, events, and product launches.
Sales & Customer Support
- Manage Facebook Marketplace inquiries.
- Respond promptly to customer messages.
- Schedule appointments.
- Ensure customer information is entered accurately into company systems.
- Inventory management and being able to use a CRM to control inventory
- Keep track of daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Marketing, communications, or social media experience required.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, social media platforms, or Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset but not required.
