In this role, you’ll be a true business partner to the sales team. Through your analyses, you’ll help identify growth opportunities, optimize our sales strategies, and guide decisions that will have a direct impact on our results. You’ll also develop powerful visualization tools that will enable managers and sales teams to see the big picture more clearly and quickly, and make the best possible decisions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Transform data from multiple sources into strategic insights that provide a better understanding of our performance and our market

Analyze sales results to identify trends, growth opportunities, risks, and variances from targets

Conduct in-depth analyses by territory, sales representative, market segment, customer, or product category to support business decisions

Develop, automate, and refine dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) that will serve as benchmarks for sales-related activities

Highlight opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to increase sales, profitability, and market share

Measure the impact of implemented initiatives and propose adjustments to help achieve objectives

Participate in sales forecasting exercises and contribute to the development of growth strategies

With the following skills and qualities, you’ll thrive in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, GIS, information technology, business intelligence, marketing, statistics, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or sales analysis

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI

Bilingual in French and English, to collaborate effectively with our colleagues across Canada

Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations

Rigorous approach and attention to detail

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work as part of a team and influence business decisions
