Nous accompagnons un programme aérospatial à la recherche d’un(e) leader technique senior pour contribuer à un développement d’aéronef complexe et réglementé.
Ce rôle s’adresse à un profil expérimenté souhaitant jouer un rôle clé dans l’orientation technique d’un programme, en appui aux décisions d’ingénierie structurantes et à la cohérence technique globale.
Responsabilités principales
- Apporter un leadership technique senior au sein d’un environnement d’ingénierie multidisciplinaire
- Contribuer aux décisions techniques au niveau avion ou système
- Participer aux revues de conception et soutenir les arbitrages techniques
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d’ingénierie, de programme et de certification
- Appuyer la progression technique du programme dans un cadre rigoureux et réglementé
Profil recherché
- Formation en génie aérospatial, génie mécanique, génie électrique ou dans une discipline connexe
- Epérience solide en ingénierie aérospatiale ou aéronautique (minimum 20 ans)
- Participation à des programmes d’aéronefs certifiés ou à des développements avancés
- Capacité démontrée à travailler à l’interface de plusieurs disciplines d’ingénierie
- Aisance dans un rôle technique senior ou d’autorité
- Bonne compréhension des environnements réglementés et de certification
- Bilingue FR/EN
Senior Engineering Leadership Role (Chief Engineer)
We are supporting an aerospace program seeking a senior technical leader to contribute to the development of a complex and regulated aircraft.
This role is intended for an experienced professional looking to play a key role in the technical direction of a program, supporting critical engineering decisions and overall technical coherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior‑level technical leadership within a multidisciplinary engineering environment
- Contribute to aircraft‑level or system‑level technical decisions
- Participate in design reviews and support technical trade‑offs
- Work closely with engineering, program, and certification teams
- Support the technical progression of the program within a rigorous and regulated framework
Candidate Profile
- Education in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline
- Solid aerospace or aeronautical engineering experience (minimum 20 years)
- Experience on certified aircraft programs or advanced development programs
- Demonstrated ability to work at the interface of multiple engineering disciplines
- Comfortable operating in a senior technical or authority role
- Good understanding of regulated and certification‑driven environments
- Bilingual French / English

Pay: $160,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
