Leasing Associate
Landmark is currently searching for an outgoing and experienced Leasing Associate for a rapidly growing residential portfolio with a long standing, Vancouver based, property management company. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in leasing and property management and wants to take on some high end, multi-phase properties. This role would be working onsite and would require someone with professionalism and a strong sales acumen.
Duties and Responsibilities
- As a successful candidate, you will be involved in successfully leasing and promoting our properties as well as ensuring tenant͛s needs are met and the building standards are maintained.
- To excel in this role, you will be a friendly and outgoing individual who has excellent communication and networking skills.
- Time management and balancing a hectic workload as well as collaborating with others as a team will critical to your success.
- You will work closely with our property management and marketing teams to achieve leasing goals and objectives, communicate the value of our properties to potential tenants and track customer feedback.
Leasing:
- Develop new strategies and operational plans for targeting new segments and blocks of leasing
- Meet with prospective tenants and take them on tours including show suites
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
- Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and regulations
- Confirm rental application data and personal references. Conduct credit checks and other background tasks to qualify potential tenants
- Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc)
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
- Collect application fees, security deposits
