Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Receiving and Shipping Associate to join our team , This role is vital in ensuring the smooth flow of production , receiving required parts, allocating parts to technicians , posting invoices . The ideal candidate will have experience in , shipping & receiving, along with skills to work in a management software program. This position offers an excellent opportunity to control and manage a department in a busy succesfull collision repair facility .
Duties
- Receive incoming parts and materials , verifying quantities and inspect for quality
- produce a parts production cart for individual repair orders.
- Organize and store parts accurately within designated warehouse areass
- Utilize a collision management software system for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Ensure proper allocation of items are accounted for prior to repair appointment.
- Maintain and coordinate shipping and receiving of itmes for sublet repairs.
- Follow safety protocols during all handling and transportation activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles preferred
- Familiarity with a management system program.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Experience with order fulfillment processes including order picking and packaging
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- Physical ability to load & unload shipments, lift heavy items as needed, and stand for extended periods

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
