Full-Time Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating memorable customer experiences through personalized styling, clienteling, and outstanding service. ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Experience
- Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
- Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and clienteling
- Engage with customers confidently, identifying their needs and providing personalized styling advice
- Demonstrate strong selling techniques including:
- Styling and outfit building
- Upselling and cross-selling
- Wardrobe building
- Product knowledge and recommendations
- Follow up with clients through thank-you cards, client books, phone calls, and outreach to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Create memorable experiences that encourage customers to return and recommend the store to others
Styling & Brand Representation
- Act as a style expert and brand ambassador, inspiring customers with fashion trends and styling ideas
- Demonstrate how new arrivals can be paired with existing merchandise and previous customer purchases
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the brand image
- Stay current on fashion trends, products, and industry inspiration
Customer Engagement
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and engaging shopping environment
- Build rapport with customers and create authentic connections
- Approach every interaction with enthusiasm, confidence, and a positive attitude
- Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
Store Operations
- Assist with daily store operations, including:
- Folding and sizing merchandise
- Steaming garments
- Replenishing inventory
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Cleaning and organizing the sales floor
- Support opening and closing procedures as required
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a productive and positive work environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or specialty retail
- Passion for fashion with a strong sense of personal style
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and build customer relationships
- Confidence in styling clients and making personalized recommendations
- Strong understanding of clienteling, upselling, and customer engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for clients and teammates
