Sales Representative (Inbound & Outbound)

The Bugman Pest Control team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help convert inbound leads and close new service jobs across the Fraser Valley.
We generate a high volume of inbound calls (50+ per day) providing a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to maximize their earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and convert leads into booked jobs
- Follow up on potential customers and close sales
- Identify and pursue outbound sales opportunities
- Provide clear, professional communication with customers
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Base pay at minimum wage plus commission on closed jobs
- Most jobs range from $300-$1,200, with bed bug jobs often exceeding $3,000
- Expected monthly earnings: $4,000-$8,000+, with higher potential for strong performers
- Additional commission opportunities available for outbound sales (based on experience and performance)
