About the Role
We are currently hiring for the position of full-time Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry) In this role, you will be responsible for:

Preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and specialty items in accordance with Langdon Hall's standards.

Managing mise en place and production for an assigned pastry section while ensuring consistency and quality.

Leading the plating and execution of assigned pastry items during service in a timely and efficient manner.

Assisting with the training, mentoring, and support of junior pastry team members.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while following all food safety and health and safety standards.

Working collaboratively with chefs and other Langdon Hall teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Has 3–4 years of professional pastry experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.

Has strong pastry skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and enjoys mentoring and supporting junior team members.

Pay & Schedule
Wage: $22.75 per hour
- The kitchen team participates in our Culinary Recognition Program, providing additional earnings distributed with each pay period.

A $2000 anniversary bonus is awarded at your two-year milestone and each subsequent anniversary
