This is a leadership role that works closely alongside our Store Manager to help oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities Include:•
Working closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations•
•Leading and supporting the sales team
- Helping train and coach staff
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
•Assisting with merchandising and creating visually appealing displays
•Processing inventory and receiving shipments
•Helping manage online orders and in-store inventory
- Opening and closing the store when required
•Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
•Taking initiative to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly
•Helping achieve store sales goals and team objectives
Availability Requirements:• Available to work 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM• Available for at least 2 Saturdays per month• Available for some Thursday evenings until 8:00 PM

Pay: Based on experience. Leadership and retail management experience are considered an asset.
