Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Product Manager to lead the development and management of innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee product lifecycle stages, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of products that meet business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of software development processes, cloud platforms, and data analytics, with a focus on delivering high-quality mobile applications, SaaS products, and IoT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to develop detailed product specifications.
- Lead Agile and SAFe methodologies to manage product development cycles effectively.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions utilizing APIs, Java, SQL, HTML, and other technologies.
- Oversee SDLC processes ensuring quality standards are met through test cases, analysis skills, and continuous improvement practices.
- Manage product backlogs using Jira and TFS; prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to enhance user experience for mobile applications and web platforms.
- Monitor product performance using analytics tools; interpret data to inform future enhancements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure alignment.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions; translate business needs into technical specifications for software development teams.
- Support B2B sales initiatives by providing technical expertise during client engagements.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, Waterfall processes, and product management best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, APIs integration, SaaS platforms, IoT solutions, and databases such as SQL.
- Familiarity with HTML, Java, Git version control system; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working with tools like Jira, TFS, Analytics platforms; proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Pay: $72,000.00-$119,331.49 per year
