Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Staff to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across our facility. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleanliness standards and customer service expectations
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
