Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC G2 Gas Technician/313A Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction, submitting warranty obligations and contacting suppliers for part ordering information. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Contact suppliers as required to inquire about pricing and availability of parts needed for jobs
- Warranty inquiries and forms to be completed whenever necessary
Qualifications
- G2 certified or higher
- Minimum 3 years experience in service and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems, boiler operations, and appliance repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license is a must.
- Reliability and dependability is a must.
- Willingness to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Installation experience an asset as you may be asked to assist on install projects when necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$75.00 per hour
