We are seeking a skilled and proactive Handyman/Woman/Maintenance Technician to join our facilities maintenance team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and functionality of our home.
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly lawn and garden maintenance
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing home
- General home maintenance
Requirements
- Must have valid drivers license and own vehicle
- Good communication skills in English for direction
- General knowledge of power tools
- Ability to work independently
Pay: $25.00 per hour
