New Era Grafix is a fast-paced promotional products provider based in London, Ontario. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately while helping maintain organized inventory and efficient warehouse operations. We're looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, stays organized, and enjoys working in a very busy team environment.
What You'll Do
- Pick, check, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels throughout the warehouse
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
- Assist with customer pickups in a professional and timely manner
- Operate a forklift
- Coordinate shipments with freight carriers and courier companies
- Use warehouse and inventory software to process orders and inventory transactions
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse and inventory processes
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience is an asset
- Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, accountable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
