Role Summary
This part-time, project-based role supports the CIO in advancing key Information Systems (IS) initiatives, with a primary focus on project execution, implementation support, and structured handoff of completed initiatives into steady-state operations.
The role operates flexibly between 5–25 hours per week and includes field training, knowledge transfer, and transition support to internal teams as projects move from build to run.
This position ensures continuity, governance, and value realization across ongoing IS projects and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery & Implementation Support
Support execution of specific IS projects and implementations, coordinate across teams and vendors, track risks and dependencies, and provide hands-on support during go-live and stabilization phases as needed.
2. Project Transition & Handoff
Lead structured handoffs to operational teams within IS, ensure completion of documentation, SOPs, and training materials, conduct training sessions, and confirm operational readiness.
3. PMO Support & Governance
Support PMO development, maintain reporting, track RAID logs, and ensure accurate project documentation and governance.
4. Vendor & Procurement Coordination
Support vendor coordination, validate deliverables and SLAs during implementation, and ensure documentation completeness.
6. Knowledge Management & Process Improvement
Capture lessons learned, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
7. Privacy & Compliance
- Read, acknowledge, and comply with all policies and procedures of the organization
- Attend privacy and security training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Immediately notify the Privacy Office of any incident or potential incident involving unauthorized access, use, copying, alteration, or disclosure of personal information
- Work collaboratively with the Privacy Office to gather information, implement corrective actions, and submit privacy incident reports as necessary
- Comply with all business policies and procedures, including annual privacy and security training
- Immediately report any potential or actual privacy or security incidents to the Privacy Office

Scope of Work
Focus on implementation-phase projects, PMO governance, KPI reporting, and vendor coordination within the budget and procurement lane. Excludes operational ownership and team management.
Working Model

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in IT/IS project delivery, PMO governance, vendor coordination, Microsoft tools (Dynamics/Power BI), and strong communication and training skills.
