Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tanning Salon Sales & Operations Lead to oversee daily salon operations while driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
- Drive retail and service sales through consultative selling and product knowledge
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and memberships
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Educate clients on tanning services, skincare products, and aftercare
Operations & Team Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and onboarding
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
Inventory & Merchandising
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management
- Ensure retail displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all tanning equipment is used safely and maintained properly
- Follow health and safety regulations and company policies
- Educate staff and clients on safe tanning practices
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, beauty, or salon/spa environment (leadership experience required)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tanning equipment or sunless tanning services
- Knowledge of Tanning products
- Experience with POS systems and booking software
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Flexible availability, including morning, evenings and weekends

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
