Summary
As a Barista/Customer Service/Assistant Manager, you will be essential in supporting the manager and also delivering outstanding customer experiences. Reporting to the Manager, you will utilize your core skills in customer service and barista experience to engage with staff and customers. Your proficiency with supervisory skills, restaurant management, POS systems and time management will enhance operational flow, while your knowledge of food safety and handling ensures compliance with health standards. Qualifications
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Previous supervisory, management & barista experience in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices ~ must hold a valid food safe certification
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Experience in food preparation, service and procurement
