Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with meal preparation and food handling to ensure quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times
- Serve food efficiently to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for all staff
Experience
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices is advantageous
- Familiarity with food safety standards within the food industry is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
Pay: $17.20-$27.37 per hour
