What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year professional residential cleaning experience
- Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks
- Positive attitude with problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
- Ability to follow checklists and work independently
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Smartphone with data plan for scheduling and communication
