Your Mission:
As one of our Customer Support Representatives, you’ll be the voice that guides our customers through their journey. From answering calls to processing quote requests and handling permits, you’ll ensure they have an amazing experience with us. Reporting to and working closely with the owner, you will have a wide range of tasks to complete as the business needs evolve.
What You Bring:
- A growth mindset: you believe that everything can and should be improved. You are not afraid to jump headfirst into artificial-intelligence tools and view them as augmenters, not as something that will replace you.
- A knack for organization and a VERY strong attention to detail. Mistakes drive you nuts.
- Knowledge of how to work in a CRM and an appreciation for keeping it squeaky clean
- Stellar communication skills and a friendly vibe.
- Patience and a willingness to go the extra mile: you are not in a rush to leave when there is still work to do.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- A positive attitude and the drive to make a difference.

Position Details:
- Full time, Contract/Seasonal Position - This role will be for 6 months. A more permanent position may be available at the end of the contract term depending on business needs and performance during the contract
- Compensation - $20-$30 per hour
- Benefits - Access to our robust and comprehensive company benefits after 3 months (100% paid for by employer)
