Fannex is the live event and fan engagement platform within IC Engage, helping sports teams, leagues, venues, brands, and live events create interactive experiences that increase fan participation, collect valuable fan data, and deliver measurable sponsor value. As part of the IC Engage consumer engagement platform, Fannex powers contests, trivia, predictions, voting, instant-win promotions, and other digital experiences for organizations across North America and Europe.
We’re looking for an organized, creative, and customer-focused Associate, Client Services & Activation Specialist to support our growing client base.
In this role, you’ll help onboard new clients, assist with creating engaging fan campaigns, support game-day activations, and become a trusted resource for sports organizations using the Fannex platform. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and a great customer experience.
- Support onboarding and training for new clients.
- Build strong relationships and provide day-to-day client support.
- Help create and launch fan engagement campaigns, including contests, trivia, predictions, voting, and sponsor activations.
- Design simple promotional graphics and digital marketing assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Configure, test, and monitor campaigns before and after launch.
- Track client activity in HubSpot and assist with campaign reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to support client success.
- Share customer feedback and contribute ideas to improve the platform and client experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Passion for sports, technology, and live events.
- Comfortable learning new software and presenting to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, client success, events, sports, or a related field (internships and co-op experience welcome).
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is an asset.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM software is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
