As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Process data entry accurately for customer orders and records.
- Provide multilingual support, including English and Spanish, to accommodate diverse clientele.

- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication standards.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail environment.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
