Injex Beauty Clinics is looking for a highly organized, friendly, and proactive Client Coordinator / Receptionist to support our growing medical aesthetics clinics.
This is a part-time role with preferred morning/daytime hours, ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients by phone, text, email, Instagram, and Facebook.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, texts, Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, and email inquiries
- Follow up with new leads promptly and professionally
- Assist with appointment bookings and scheduling through Jane App
- Confirm appointments and manage client communication
- Follow up with unbooked or inactive leads
- Support day-to-day clinic administrative tasks
- Maintain organized communication records and client notes
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and following up with leads
- Organized, proactive, and responsive
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with reception, sales, medical aesthetics, or hospitality is an asset
- Comfortable with social media messaging and modern communication tools
Position Details
- Part-time (approximately 20–30 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday
- Morning/daytime availability preferred
- Primarily based at our Yorkville clinic

Compensation
- $18–$22/hour depending on experience
- Additional performance-based booking incentives available
