We are a well-established renovation and kitchen manufacturing company located near Lawrence Ave. & Warden Ave. in Scarborough, with nearly 20 years in business.
We are hiring a full-time, experienced PAINTER. This is a long-term position — we are not interested in part-timers, side-job seekers, or time wasters.
We are NOT looking for subcontractors or people with their own crew. This is a hands-on, employee position for someone who wants steady work and knows how to follow direction.
✅✅ ✅✅As a Painter, you MUST have Experience With:
A minimum of 5 years experience painting in multi-residential rental apartment buildings
Must know how to do major plastering and drywall repairs, painting (cutting/rolling) properly. Proper cutting and rolling.
Must be able to work in occupied rental units
Must have a vehicle – job sites vary daily (Scarborough, North York, Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Whitby, Downtown Toronto, etc.)
Must be punctual and show up ON TIME every day
Must take direction well and be willing to work our way, not your way
Must be respectful, clean, and professional – no exceptions
Full-time only: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
NO time wasters, NO attitudes, and NO part-time availability

Shows up on time every single day – no exceptions
Can work independently without supervision – this is not a training role
Has a vehicle and valid Ontario Drivers License – you must travel to job sites across Scarborough, North York, and Mississauga and GTA
Is available for occasional Saturdays during busy periods
Wants long-term employment, not short-term work

Hourly pay (based on experience)
Paid bi-weekly
Work is steady and year-round
Main job sites are in apartment buildings
