Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role at our corporate location in Mississauga, ON. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, and utilizing accounting software to ensure financial processes run smoothly. Additional duties include reconciling bank statements, assisting with budgeting, and supporting the management in financial planning and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, recording Journal Entries, and general financial recordkeeping
- Strong knowledge and work experience using QuickBooks desktop
- Basic understanding of Finance principles, with attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
- Relevant certification or diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field
- Successful candidates may be required to complete a background check as part of the hiring process.

Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour
