Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Answer inbound calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective telemarketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries
- Communicate clearly and effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
