Hôpital Vétérinaire Général is a small animal practice that has been attending to the medical needs of the pets of our community for 38 years. Our 38thanniversary willo be in November 2025. Our goal is the health and wellbeing of our patients as well as offering a friendly, caring and professional service to our clients. We serve the South-West and its surroundings and we are located in St-Henri, an upcoming area, near the Atwater market, the canal Lachine and conveniently near the Lionel Groulx metro station.
Our practice is growing and we are looking for a bilingual receptionist to join our dynamic team. The position can be full-time or partime. We strive for team work because it creates a stronger and happier team and for self-improvement in order to better serve our clientele. Camaraderie in an interactive learning environment is what we value in our hospital.
The main responsibilities are to schedule appointments, answer telephone call, manage the patients file, communicate with client and team members, keep the office organized, attend to the day to day tasks, fulfill the veterinarian’s and technicinas' requests as needed.
We are looking for a candidate that is dynamic, caring and who loves animals. A good sense of organization, communication and a good knowledge of computers are assets.
