Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HRM Janitorial Supervisor to lead our janitorial team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and manage a team of janitorial staff. Your leadership will help maintain pristine facilities while promoting safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
Salary & Work Days:
- Starting at $23 per hour
- 35 - 40 hours per week
- Afternoon/evening shifts and some weekend shifts

Cleaner Support and Quality Assurance
- Learn how all locations are cleaned so you can train staff and fill in if necessary
- Must be comfortable doing site inspections and providing constructive feedback
- Train staff regularly on any skills or methods they lack
- Interact directly with staff to help them manage various needs
- Convey to staff company policy and enforce it where necessary
- Fill in when staff are absent, ill or on vacation if necessary
- Manage supplies and tools for the locations and deliver when necessary
- Report daily at the end of the shift to the management regarding the evening's work, issues or HR recommendations or requests.
- Be able to drive the company’s vehicles and maintain those in good working condition.
- Training of new Frontline employees at current and new locations
- Participate in all start-ups' new locations during the onboarding process
- Monitoring and supervising cleaner service (cleanings) quality and issues of non-compliance
- Check regular cleaners' schedules
- Prompt communication with staff, mainly using Swept
- Report loss, damages and non proper usage of equipment/supplies
- Work closely with the management to maintain cost-effective operations
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques , including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Needs to be able to speak and communicate in English fluently
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties that may involve standing, walking, lifting, or operating cleaning equipment
- Proficiency with the Swept App for managers and staff to be able to train others
- Must be highly computer literate and comfortable using a variety of digital tools and software.
- Clear Driver's Abstract/License
- Have a personal vehicle for commuting to work and, when needed, for travel between locations.
