Warehouse Associate
Role Overview
WonderFil Specialty Threads is a global thread manufacturer serving the sewing, quilting, and textile industries. We supply both wholesale partners and direct customers, with a strong focus on quality, organization, and consistency.
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day operations across wholesale orders, eCommerce fulfillment, and trade show preparation. This role is hands-on and detail-driven, with a steady workflow that requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale and eCommerce orders accurately
- Process outgoing shipments and assist with receiving incoming inventory
- Organize and maintain inventory, including restocking and cycle counts
- Prepare materials, displays, and shipments for trade shows and events
- Ensure packing standards are consistent and products are handled properly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse workspace
- Support the team with general warehouse tasks as needed
What Success Looks Like
- Orders are picked and packed accurately with minimal errors
- Work is completed efficiently without cutting corners
- Inventory is kept organized and easy to locate
- Tasks are followed through consistently without constant supervision
- You show up on time, ready to work, and contribute to the team
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent work habits
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to follow processes and complete repetitive tasks accurately
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience
- Familiarity with inventory systems or shipping platforms
- Experience preparing materials for events or trade shows
Work Environment
- Fast-paced but structured warehouse setting
- Physical, hands-on work (lifting, standing, moving throughout the day)
- Team-oriented environment with clear processes and expectations
- Workload may increase during peak periods (promotions, trade shows)
