Bus Operator / Professional Bus Driver

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, safety-focused, and customer-oriented Bus Driver and Operator to support our commercial transport operations.
As a front-line representative of our company, you will play a critical role in delivering safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for passengers, corporate clients, travel tours, and shuttle operations. This role requires a high level of responsibility, professionalism, and commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all provincial regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance
- Provide timely and efficient transportation services across assigned routes and service areas
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and general inquiries
- Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch and operations teams
- Adhere to assigned schedules while maintaining flexibility to accommodate operational changes
- Ensure accurate trip documentation, logs, and reporting requirements are completed
- Represent the company with professionalism in appearance, conduct, and communication at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class 2 and Class 4 with BC Driver’s License with air brake endorsement
- Clean driver’s abstract and proven safe driving record
- Minimum 1–2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Greater Vancouver road network and traffic patterns
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor with strong situational awareness and decision-making ability
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight (graveyard) shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
