About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead field execution on major projects across Western Canada. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day supervision of electrical crews, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and professionalism.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and proven experience managing crews in industrial and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews (Journeypersons & Apprentices)
- Plan daily and weekly work activities to meet project schedules
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety, QA/QC, and code requirements
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate with project management, other trades, and client representatives
- Track manpower, materials, and productivity
- Lead by example in safety, workmanship, and crew morale
- Participate in toolbox talks, inspections, and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician (required)
- Minimum 5+ years supervisory or lead-hand experience
- Strong knowledge of CEC and applicable provincial codes
- Industrial and/or commercial project experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in remote or project-based environments
- Valid driver’s license
- Safety certifications (OSSA, CSTS, First Aid, etc.) considered an asset
