The Lead Lot Attendant works with the Distribution Department to maintain the efficient operation of our Distribution Parking Lot. This includes assisting team members and vendors to park incoming vehicles; preparing vehicles for dispatch to other locations; ensuring the company’s operational and safety policies are adhered to; and maintaining health, safety, and operational standards.
Responsibilities:

Prepare the lot before the start of business daily.

Keep vital areas clear of ice and snow during inclement weather.

Receive and Direct team members as they deliver vehicles to the lot.

Monitor team members for compliance with parking standards.

Complete daily and weekly vehicle inventory and reconciliation.

Complete daily fuel inventory.
-
Fuel vehicles as required.
-
Locate and move vehicles as required.
-
Complete daily security inspections.
-
Inspect vehicles for damage.

Ensure the lot is properly organized.

Ensure the lot is free of litter and debris.
-
Other duties as assigned.

This role involves working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid Class 5 driver’s license.

Clear Driver’s Abstract.

Ability to drive and park vehicles up to 7,250 Kg and 35’ in length.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
-
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
