This is a safety-sensitive position that requires completion of pre-employment/pre-access testing.

What you get to do:
- Perform high-quality welding on pressure piping and pressure vessels in accordance with ASME standards and client specifications.
- Execute welds using SMAW (stick) and GTAW (TIG) processes as required.
- Interpret and work from isometric drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure structural soundness and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with pipefitters, inspectors, and project supervisors to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
- Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and industry best practices.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Alberta B-Pressure Welder Certification
- Proven experience working on pressure piping and vessel systems in oil & gas environments
- Strong understanding of applicable codes and standards
- Commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement
- Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Common Safety Orientation
- CSTS-2020 Ticket
- WHMIS 2015 Ticket
- Standard First Aid with AED (Level C)
- Valid H2S Alive Ticket
- Invested in a safety-oriented work environment
- Ability to navigate work sites and adapt to daily changes in scopes of work
