Overview
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team, providing expert assembly and repair services for a variety of automated industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge, with experience working on diverse automotive machinery. Responsibilities
- Plan ad install equipment for hydraulic system on automated processing lines
- Perform istallation of hydraulic components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to facilitate installation
- Assemble, disassemble, and replace hydraulic parts as needed to restore equipment functionality
- Assist with electrical troubleshooting related to hydraulic systems when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Hydraulic Technician or Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and peumatic systems in automated machinery
- Hands-on experience with welding,schematics reading, and assembly work
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and perform heavy equipment operation safely
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift heavy components and perform manual labor as required
- Must have own tools
Pay: $22.60-$46.07 per hour
