We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks within the company. Responsibilities
- Operate trucks and trailers and other machinery safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Support the movement of materials manually and with equipment
- Perform basic maintenance and mechanical tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites and equipment
- Assist with all services offered by our company
- Support team members in completing goals efficiently
Qualifications
- Prior tree service / landscape / lawn experience preferred, but not required
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with equipment maintenance
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance tasks
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately and good communication skills with clients
