Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers to transport goods throughout the warehouse
- Perform accurate order picking using warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders efficiently
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks as needed to handle inventory with proper technique and safety precautions
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks
- Assist with the operation of clamp trucks for handling specific types of pallets or containers
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock, replenishing shelves, and preparing shipments for dispatch
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to operational guidelines
Requirements
- Prior experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, or order pickers in a warehouse setting is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or background that enables troubleshooting basic equipment issues
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and sustain physical activity throughout shifts
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and safety standards
- Valid certification for forklift operation; additional certifications for clamp trucks or order pickers are a plus

Pay: $18.04-$22.00 per hour
